There will be an FBLA meeting today right after school.

Ms. Mills would like to thank and congratulate the 5 members of FBLA who traveled to Reston, VA this past weekend to represent ACS at the State Conference.  Luke Perdieu, Tiffany Dawson, Destiny Rowland, Brittany Perdieu and Dionna Jones.  Luke Perdieu received the Who's Who in VA FBLA award as well as the BAA Business Award.  Tiffany Dawson received the Leadership metal which is given to less than 1% of all FBLA members.  Our chapter received the Hang Ten award, as well as being recognized as an ASK Hero for our work with Project ASK which is for the study and cure of childhood cancer. And we were recognized as one of the 1% of all FBLA chapters in the state as being an Honor Chapter.  We have only received this honor one other time in the last 20 years.

It is once again time for the ACS Talent Show.  The sigh up sheets, which must be signed by a parent or guardian, are in the middle school office for middle school students and can be picked up in Ms. Mills room for high school students.  These must be returned to Ms. Mills, room 221, by tomorrow.
